Dwight J. Duncan MS, CFA
Mr. Duncan is an economist and the Managing Director of EconLit, an economic research and consulting firm in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics awarded by Arizona State University and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation awarded by the CFA Institute. Mr. Duncan has more than 16 years of experience involving economic consulting generally and the calculation of economic damages in commercial disputes specifically. He has consulted and/or been engaged as an independent expert witness for thousands of companies ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries internationally. Mr. Duncan has provided expert testimony before United States District Courts, State Courts, and regulatory bodies on numerous occasions. Mr. Duncan has also provided economic consulting and expert witness services to the Arizona State Attorney General's office on multiple matters.

Mr. Smith is a Director with EconLit. He is an economist and Certified Management Accountant with over 14 years experience in analyzing complex issues involving economics, finance, and accounting. He has consulted for companies in numerous industries such as aerospace and defense, communications and broadcasting, retail sales, oil and gas, real estate, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and computer software and services. Mr. Smith is experienced in evaluating complex financial transactions, accounting investigations, private company valuations, statistical analyses, and quantification of lost revenues and profits, lost market share, and lost business opportunities.

Mr. Curtis is a Manager with EconLit who specializes in the areas of business valuation, bankruptcy consulting, forensic accounting, management consulting, investment analysis, and fraud detection. Mr. Curtis has been a senior professional on numerous complex engagements including forensic accounting investigations for Fortune 500 companies, financial reporting frauds, Fortune 500 corporate bankruptcies, and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Curtis has executed corporate transactions for distressed companies, and acted as the chief turnaround agent for entities suffering from fraudulent histories. Mr. Curtis is an experienced litigation consultant with an exceptional combination of business valuation, management consulting, and forensic accounting experience.

Spencer H. Clawson CPA
Mr. Clawson is a certified public accountant and a Manager with EconLit who has experience in numerous business environments and industries. Mr. Clawson has extensive experience in public accounting, as a past partner in the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse, and in corporate management of various entities. Mr. Clawson has consulted in many industries including real estate, petroleum, consumer products, technology, medical equipment, apparel, food and supplement products and crafts. Mr. Clawson has held positions of CEO, President, COO, CFO and partner in various entities with significant experience in directing and building diverse business environments, in business planning and implementing strategies, working with troubled companies in workout situations and financial and tax structuring and analysis.

Regan A. Butcher CFE
Ms. Butcher is a Manager with EconLit. She focuses specifically on providing financial, economic, and forensic accounting services to parties involved in complex litigations and performing data and financial analysis to determine losses, damages, compensation, and/or to detect fraudulent activity. Her technical skill set includes damage quantification, discovery assistance, document management and review, assistance with deposition/expert witness preparation, and fraud assessments and investigations.
